geoSpark - WARNING: Highly Addictive! App Reviews

Good but.....

Needs to update to retina display and get anti-aliasing to get rid of those jagged lines.

So, levels wouldve made this much cooler, but...

Its really addictive. Some reviewers gave it a low mark and said they only played it for a minute and put it down. You wont understand why this game is cool in a minute. Its addictive because its simple and fun and quick. You get better fast and you chase your high score. If you have someone (like an SO) to play with and trade the high score, then its even better. Graphics are classic simplicity with bright explosions that send neon sparks everywhere. Discovering new shapes is fun. And I like that you have to earn your first 1up (ie: if you die if the first few minutes youre done, but you can earn extra lives). Adding levels or some other modes wouldve really brought out the potential of this game. As is, it is one mode of sheer simplicity non stop from the jump. Worth it, definitely.

The other geo games are WAAAYYYYY better.

Way better.

Highly Addicting

Beautiful and Simple. Thats all you need to know. If you like GeoDefense or GeoDefense Swarm then you will love this. The entire Geo-Series is amazing!

Good

I read through some of the negative comments for this game before buying. It ended up being worth the purchase. It isnt difficult to figure out at all. The point is to try to beat your own high score, and thats what makes it addicting. Fun game for a waiting room or bus ride. I only wish there was an iPad version.

Unsupported

This game clearly needs some updates, however the developer seems to have abandoned it. The last update was in 2009. There is a glitch where if you play a bunch of games in a row, the game stops giving you power-ups. Also it is not updated for iPhone 5s larger screen. The game could also use some improvements such as different levels and Game Center support.

Love it

I love this game. And the music is superb. If you want to listen to this amazing track, search for geoSpark on Facebook.
